Site Supervisor

Oversee daily activity on live sites — keep labor crews on task, enforce safety protocol, and make sure work on the ground matches the drawings and the schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site activity and verify work against approved drawings
  • Coordinate labor crews, material deliveries and daily task assignments
  • Maintain site safety standards and enforce PPE and access protocol
  • Track daily progress against the schedule and flag delays early
  • Report site conditions and issues directly to the site engineer
What We Look For
  • 2+ years of site supervision on construction projects in Nepal
  • Knowledge of drawings and BOQs
  • Comfortable managing labor crews on a daily basis
  • Material's knowledge and management.
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering preferred
  • Willing to be based on-site for the duration of active projects
