PI Group Nepal started with a simple frustration: too many good projects in Kathmandu were being built on paperwork that nobody could trust. I spent years on other people's sites before I decided to build something where the numbers matched the ground, every time. We are not the biggest firm in Nepal, and we are not trying to be. What we promise a client on day one is what they get on the last day of the project — same materials, same timeline, same people. That sounds obvious until you have worked in this industry long enough to know how rare it actually is. Every project we take on passes through my desk twice — once before we sign, once before we close. That is not bureaucracy, that is how you keep a construction company honest over a decade instead of just one good year. I run operations and finance together on purpose. Too many firms let the two drift apart, and that is usually where projects quietly go over budget or behind schedule without anyone noticing until it is too late.
